This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) adopted by Pavan Kumar Manchiraju (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our” or “Us”) governs the collection, use, and transfer of any information capable of identifying a person (“Personal Information”) of individuals who access or share data with us by virtue of using or accessing our mobile application or website (https://www.finbuddha.com) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy incorporates the requirements prescribed under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the proposed Personal Data Protection Bill.

All data is stored on secure servers in Noida, India. We employ managerial, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption, firewalls, access control, and secure transmission protocols — to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

While we follow industry-standard security practices, transmission over the internet involves inherent risks. FinBuddha is not liable for breaches due to third-party actions or transmission errors.

V. Data Transfers & Disclosures

  • Provision of Services: Information may be shared with trusted service providers or payment gateways solely to fulfill your requests.
  • Law Enforcement: We may disclose data if required under applicable law, investigations, or court orders.
  • Change in Control: Data may be transferred to a new entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

VI. Your Rights

You have the right to review, modify, or delete your information, withdraw consent, and request data portability in a machine-readable format. Withdrawal of consent may limit access to certain features or services dependent on that data.
